Order Information

Print a copy of your completed order for your records. This printout provides a detailed listing of your order.

If you have questions on your order, please reference the 5-digit number located on the upper left of your order form. Please reference this number in all correspondence with us.

Your order will contain a customer receipt detailing the contents of your order and a customer service information sheet.

or e-mail at "Detail/Contact" page on our web site. Please provide us with your name, phone number, order number and how we can assist you.

 Important Delivery Information

Your order will be deliverd to the address provided under "TDW order form". Address changes cannot be made once the order is placed. Please make sure you've entered the correct address before submitting your order.
Orders can not be deliverd to P.O. box addresses.
Please enter the name of your residence hall/shop/company, the street address and room number if you are having your order deliverd to your residence hall.

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive you may return it within the 1-2 days. product must be in the same condition they were deliverd in to receive full refund,product must be returned within the time constraints for the term to get a full refund.

All orders are processed quickly so changes or deletions can not be made once the order is placed.

Payment

Please review your order before you sbmit. Your order will not be deliverd until we confirm your payment. Please verify you copy the correct account name, account number and the name of the bank. Be sure to key in your full address where the product will be deliver. We accept the following method as payment:
